Limited Edition: A.S. Roma x Kid Dangerous

Every once in a while, a great opportunity comes a knockin' and it's up to you to jump on it. That's what happened this past August when our friends at Fancy approached us about an upcoming pop up event they had in New York with the Italian Serie A soccer club A.S. Roma. When your dad is from Italy, you grow up loving soccer. I've watched Italy in every World Cup since birth rooting for the motherland. So, when the chance to develop a limited edition, capsule collection of A.S. Roma x Kid Dangerous shirts came our way, you know we were getting involved. Working with the A.S. Roma team based in Boston (they were  purchased in 2011 by Jim Pallotta, minority owner of the Boston Celtics), we got team logos, photography, collateral and were off and running on our designs. In typical Kid D fashion, we made some bangers haha, A.S. Roma made their selects and we had our line of shirts on the way to the Pop Up within a week.

I was able to head out to New York to attend the event that was done in conjunction with the International Champions Cup game A.S. Roma was playing against Real Madrid at Metlife Stadium. Fancy's new pop up space in Soho on Bond Street is next level and we were honored to share the floor with Nike, Nowhere FC and some other awesome brands. We then got to go to the game itself - sittin' in them club levels for a great game under the lights with more than one ice cold beer to boot. It was great way to top off an awesome trip and an awesome collab. Check out the photos from the event and stay tuned as we're hoping to re-release these tees to the public in the near future as they sold out with a quickness at the event.
